Chris Juliani
Guitars / EFX
With the twisted beauty of Neil Young and Jonny Greenwood, and a splash of Kim Thayil’s proto-metal riffs, Chris blends his raw gritty style to fashion a bevy of dark angular yet memorable tunes. Far from predictable, he flips drum machine programming on its head, making use of the guitar driven grooves to add an EDM industrial tonal landscape all its own. Chris’ influences range from Joy Division and Jimi Hendrix to Massive attack, with pretty much everything in between thrown into the mix.
Steve Moder
Vocals / Lyrics
Pulling inspiration from the vocal tones of 90’s grunge and rock, with an ear for melody as far back as the 60’s, Steve creates a memorable hook in every song complimented by lyrics that stick in everyone’s head. His presence stands out amongst modern vocalists, combining low gritty projection with southern feel and bluesy drawl. Steve’s influences range from bands such as Alice In Chains and Soundgarden back to Creedence Clearwater Revival and the legendary rock bands of the 60’s and 70’s. “Something like that”, Steve adds.
Greg Weitknecht
Bass
With influences running the gamut from Rush, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd through bands like Tool and Type O Negative to the more eclectic favorites of Portishead, PJ Harvey, CHVRCHES, and Kittie, Greg has a versatile style adding an undeniably original bottom end to every song. Groove heavy yet with a strong melodic bent, Greg’s basslines weave a narrative reminiscent of the bass heroes he cut his teeth on such as Geddy Lee, Steve Harris, and John Paul Jones.
Brandon Ilg
Drums
Exposed to music at an early age, Brandon grew up listening to his Grandparent’s classical music collection on vinyl, as well as his parents classic rock records Like Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and Michael Jackson. He loaded his first mp3 player with bands like RHCP, Rammstein, and Gorillaz, and bought his first guitar and drumset with money earned from a summer job.
